Important things to remember about notebooks:

  • Notebooks may be collected at any class so it is important that you bring your folder to each class and that it contain all notebooks assignments to date.  Late submissions ("I forgot my notebook") and missing assignments ("I forgot to put my thesis breakdowns in my folder") will not be accepted.
  • This page should serve to help you keep track of your notebook assignments.  It should not be used as an alternative to coming to class; remember: if you aren't in class, you can't make up the assignment.  I check your notebooks against my attendance sheets when I do my grading.
  • Grammar and punctuation are not priorities for your notebook, except where they are integral to the assignment.
